This Raw Peppermint Slice has the perfect balance of delicious chocolate and a subtle peppermint flavour. Perfect to keep in the freezer for when cravings strike and to extend its life. I doubt it will last you more than 1 week though! This was meant to be the start of an experimental recipe but it turned out great the first time around so I just had to share it!

Servings: 16 people

Prep Time: 60 minutes



  1. Place dates and macadamia nuts in food processor and combine until fully processed.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until mixed into a sticky dough like consistency.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
  4. Place in the freezer to harden.
  1. Rinse your food processor clean.
  2. Place all ingredients in to the cleaned processor.
  3. Process until a smooth consistency is formed.
  4. Pour onto the base layer, which has been in the freezer.
  5. Place back in the freezer for 30 mins.
  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour onto the previous two layers.
  3. Place back in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour or more.
