Creamy Raw Dairy Ice Cream

Growing up, we used to enjoy commercial ice cream almost every day.

And guess what? I’ve found a healthier, more nourishing alternative. This raw dairy ice cream recipe is packed with skin-loving nutrients, so I can relive those sweet childhood moments—without the nasty additives or pasteurised dairy that lacks the goodness our bodies (and skin!) actually crave.

I always use pasture-raised organic eggs from my own chickens—they’re the best ever. Full of vitamin A, choline, and healthy fats, they support hormone balance, skin cell repair, and deep hydration from the inside out.

Raw dairy is rich in bioavailable vitamins, enzymes, and healthy fats that help nourish the skin barrier, reduce inflammation, and promote that natural glow.

And the best part? Leftovers make killer smoothies or milkshakes the next day. Win-win! It’s a delicious way to satisfy cravings while supporting radiant skin and whole-body wellness.

Curious about why raw dairy is such a game-changer for skin and health? I’ve written more about it here.

Ingredients:

- 4-5 egg yolks (organic pasture raised is best)

- 1/4 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

- 1 cup raw organic whole milk

- 2 cups raw organic cream

- dash of vanilla (optional)

- Optional: Additions of your choice

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine egg yolks and raw honey or pure maple syrup until well mixed.

2. Stir in raw milk and raw heavy cream.

3. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Add any desired extras during the churning process.

5. Freeze the ice cream according to your preferred consistency. Enjoy!

Additional extras can be: cacao powder, chocolate chips, fruit (peaches or mango are my faves) or nuts.
