  1. Split your juice in two and place 1 cup in a glass bowl and 1 cup in a saucepan.

  2. Sprinkle the gelatin on the one in the glass bowl and let bloom

  3. While that’s happening. Add the lemon juice and honey to the juice in the saucepan and heat. Don’t bring it a boil, just heat it enough to combine.

  4. Once combined, add in the other juice & gelatin mix and stir until smooth.

  5. Using a dropper, fill moulds and place in fridge for 30 mins to set.
