Made with nutrient-dense, whole food ingredients like pastured eggs, raw dairy, and healthy fats, these waffles are more than just a yummy breakfast—they’re a beautiful way to support growing bodies and healthy skin from the inside out.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups spelt flour
1 cup raw milk (or organic full cream milk)
1/2 cup almond meal
3 tbsps pure maple syrup or honey
3 tbsps coconut oil, melted
3 eggs, pasture raised
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth, or alternatively use a blender.
Preheat waffle maker and use 1/3 cup of mixture per waffle, to cook the waffles.
Top with toppings of choice eg. maple syrup, peanut butter, banana, berries, yoghurt
These can be frozen for future use, or popped in the fridge for the next day. Reheat by popping in the toaster, or frying in some butter or coconut oil in a frypan.
