Shipping Rates
Australia
Flat Rate (Standard): $12
Express: $18
New Zealand
International Tracked: $25
We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During product drops or sales, please allow an extra day or two while we pour, label and pack fresh stock.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Australia (Standard): 2–8 business days (regional/rural can be a little longer)
Australia (Express): 1–4 business days to most metro areas
New Zealand: 5–12 business days, depending on location and customs processing
These are carrier estimates and can vary with public holidays, weather, or peak periods.

Weather Care (Tallow Products)
Tallow is naturally heat-sensitive and may soften in transit during warmer months and harden during cooler months. This doesn’t affect quality. If your balm arrives soft: Stand upright at room temp (or briefly refrigerate) to firm. If your balm arrives hardened: You can store in a warmer spot to keep soft, or warm in the palms of your hands before applying.
Any texture shift won’t affect performance.
Packaging & Sustainability
We keep packaging minimal and practical, prioritising recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (New Zealand)
Orders shipping to NZ may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by NZ Customs. These are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check with local authorities for guidance.
