Our products
Every product is handmade in small batches on our farm using natural ingredients. Colour, texture and scent may vary slightly between batches. This is a natural characteristic, not a fault.

Our products are skincare, not medicines. Nothing on our website is medical advice or a claim to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please read the full ingredient list before use and patch test on a small area of skin first. Stop use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or allergy, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your health professional before use.

Product information and pricing
We take care to make sure our product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. If we make an error, we may correct it and will contact you before processing an affected order. All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there's a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for it passes to you.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire or be withdrawn at any time.

All content on this website is owned by Fully Nourished and protected by copyright, including photos, videos, text, logos and product names. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content, including photos or footage of our farm and production process, without our written permission.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price you paid.
